Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
Everyone deserves a safe, decent place to call home. Lake Chelan Habitat partners with community members like you to build affordable homes and to advocate for safe, accessible housing for all members of our community.
OUR MISSION
Lake Chelan Valley Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, community and hope.
OUR VALUES
Partnership
Community
Self-reliance
Generosity
Responsibility
We have been dedicated to building safe, affordable housing since 1993.
Lake Chelan Habitat is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, which was founded in 1976 to bring together people of all faiths and people of no faith to build homes, communities, and hope. Working alongside each other, we help families and individuals build and improve places to call home and achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
When you directly support Lake Chelan Habitat, you support our local building efforts to make homeownership affordable in our community.

Where we build.
Chelan Habitat builds homes in the Lake Chelan Valley, within the boundaries of the Lake Chelan and Manson School Districts
To date we have built 19 homes in Chelan, Manson, Chelan Falls and Orondo.
We are currently building at our Pumpkin Lane Development in the City of Chelan. This site has infrastructure in place and the first 2 homes were sold in the beginning of 2025 — with the possibility of atleast 6 more affordable homes to be built.
You can help make dreams a reality.
We would have not been able to make these homes affordable without the help of community members like you. Help us make homeownership a reality for even more members of our community.
